On Thursday, St. Peter Catholic School will partic On Thursday, St. Peter Catholic School will participate in School Choice Night from 5 -7 p.m. in the Greenville Convention Center Emerald Room. This is a first-of-its-kind event in Pitt County for families who might be considering an alternative to traditional public education for their child(ren) but aren't sure what options are available—or assumed private school is out of reach financially. Obedience looks like going to Mass on Sunday, because God has asked us to. Is going to Mass a chore for me, or do I go willingly? Do I appreciate the great gift of Jesus’ Body and Blood given to us in the Eucharist? Dear Jesus, thank you for being present—Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity—in every Catholic Church throughout the world. It is amazing to think that you are so close to us. Going to Mass is a commandment of Yours that should be a joy for me, instead of a burden. Help me to see it this way, Jesus!
