The student art featured this week is from the 3rd grade airplane design and construction project. This geometry-oriented multi-step project involves measurement, design decisions, cutting, and taping. Materials include cardstock, cardboard, paper clips, tape, and gravel (which serves as a counterweight in the nose cone).
