WHAT TO EXPECT IN

MIDDLE SCHOOL AT SPCS

Middle school is a time of great critical thinking and values development in students. As they continue to mature, students begin to have deep questions about the world around them and form character traits that will last a lifetime.

Our Middle School curriculum is designed to challenge your child. The SPCS Graduate develops a strong moral compass, excels in organizational and study skills, and surpasses peers with writing, researching, and critical thinking abilities.

HIGH SCHOOL PREPARATION

Our rigorous middle school program more than prepares your student to succeed in high school. SPCS graduates are automatically accepted to John Paul II Catholic High School. Additionally, 8th graders take the classes to be able to graduate with high school credits in Math 1, Spanish, and World History, giving more freedom in high school to explore special interests.

STREAM

STREAM program activities allow for interdisciplinary engagement between STEM fields and the Arts where students creatively use non-electronic and electronic tools and resources. Students create projects using computer aided design (CAD), coding, and structural design. See examples here.
