GIVING TO SPCS
Catholic education doesn’t just affect the students receiving that education; it impacts the whole world. Because when students are formed with a strong academic foundation, firmly rooted in Jesus Christ and with a heart oriented towards service, they are ready to be the leaders and change-makers this world needs. Your gift to St. Peter Catholic School allows you to be a part of that mission to change the world, one student leader at a time.

YOUR IMPACT
FUNDS OUR MISSION
The SPCS Laurel Walsh Annual Fund bridges the gap between the cost to operate our school and what our annual tuition income does not cover. Your generosity is the primary way we can keep the cost of a Catholic education affordable.
So when you partner with SPCS by giving a financial gift, yes it covers the essentials like books and supplies and maintenance — but it also allows more students to be impacted by our mission. We provide an atmosphere in which the Gospel message is proclaimed, a community in which Christ is experienced, a school where service to our sisters and brothers is the norm, and a place where thanksgiving and worship of our God is cultivated — and YOU help make that possible.
This year’s goal is $50,000. Whether you give $5 or $5,000, every gift strengthens our school, our students, and our future in countless ways. Thank you for your generosity!

HONORING
LAUREL WALSH
For decades, Laurel Walsh was the friendly face in the front office at Saint Peter Catholic School. It is hard to imagine anyone who loves this school more than her. Her five children graduated from Saint Peter, and now she has the joy of seeing two of her eight grandchildren attend the school.
Mrs. Walsh has been the heartbeat of the school through all the changes that can happen in 35 years. She has certainly been our rock and constant.
Mrs. Walsh worked at our school for more than 35 years, but she never accepted a paycheck. She didn’t flaunt the fact that she was not paid; her sacrifice was a private one. Only a few people ever knew that she worked for free out of her love for the Lord and love for our school.
What Mrs. Walsh did was so remarkable that Congressman Greg Murphy gave a formal presentation about Mrs. Walsh to Congress, on February 10, 2020. That’s why we celebrate Laurel Walsh Day on February 10th.
In recognition of this incalculable contribution to our school, we honor Mrs. Walsh with the Laurel Walsh Annual Fund. Donations to this fund, which support Saint Peter Catholic School’s general needs, are made in appreciation of her servant’s heart.
